This fun workshop will be held on Saturday 11th January 2025, at 29/37 Mitchell Road, Chandlers Hill, South Australia, starting at 10am and finishing at 4pm.
Cost $150 ( a non refundable deposit of $50 is required upon booking, balance payable on the day)
Students will learn how to cut, carve and shape their own mushroom out of Hebel (aerated cement) and later, will decorate/mosaic their piece, using glass tiles and porcelain tiles. All materials will be supplied but students will need to bring some tools and safety equipment for this workshop.
What you must bring (I will have a handful of tools and equipment available but please bring along if you have them handy)
Small safety gloves/ disposable gloves
A P2 dust mask ( a basic mask is NOT suitable)
Twin wheel glass cutters (if you have them)
A small hacksaw or garden saw (or a small power saw)
A rasp or tile file (please ask me if your not sure what this is)
Wear old clothes or use a protective safety suit.
